My approach to design is simple. First, I get behind what is being communicated. Then I become as empathetic as possible with the target audience or multiple personas. It's not until I'm the advocate for both my client and their end users that I feel comfortable architecting design solutions that work for both parties. I like to think that my work is on-target, smart, and easy to grasp. Hopefully you'll agree.
